Devin Bell was born and raised in Toronto, ON. He has an Exhibition Award and three high Distinctions from London Trinity College for Acting and Devised Theatre.
In 2019 he moved to New York City to study at The Tom Todoroff Acting Conservatory in their Two-Year program.
