DREA BURCK
Drea Burck is a Toronto actor and voice actor with a not-so-secret sideline as a swing dancer. She’s trained at the National Voice Intensive, New School of Drama, and Equity Showcase Theatre. Equally comfortable on stage and screen, some favourite roles include Paulina in The Winter’s Tale (Dandelion Theatre), Ruthie in the Canadian premiere of The Unmanageable Sisters (Toronto Irish Players), Toinette in The Imaginary Invalid (Whitby Courthouse Theatre), Breast Woman in indie feature Most Guys Today, and Tabitha in the indie short Curtain Call.
Drea runs Black Cat Boogie, a 1950s rock n roll dance studio. Although as a kid she wanted to be a ballerina, she’s more than thrilled to have ended up as the Queen of the Hop. She continues to marvel at how much dancing has changed her life.
