JESSE McQUEEN
Jesse McQueen is an actor, writer, and sketch comedian. She is a conservatory graduate of the Stella Adler Studio of Acting in NYC and has a dual degree in psychology and English language & literature from Western University. She loves being a part of stories like this one which put it all to work!
Last onstage in Wren Theatre’s Little Women, other select past theatre credits include: Rosalind in As You Like It, June in JUNE, Mackenzie in 36 Juniper, Mercutio in Romeo & Juliet, and Andromache in Trojan Women. She is ⅓ of the award-winning sketch comedy troupe Cheap Wine.
Select film/TV: The Texas Cheerleader Murder Plot (Crave), How Disney Built America (The History Channel), Haunted Museum (Discovery+), The Last Anniversary (The Butler Brothers), Unbecoming (Best Thriller TIWFF). As a screenwriter and playwright, her work has been screened and staged at venues and festivals throughout North America and the UK. She is a two-time Eugene O’Neill National Playwrights Conference finalist.
